We have been attaching great emphasis on quality management.
A comprehensive quality management system has been established
in line with the requirement of API Q1 and ISO 9000.This system
guarantees the implementation of quality inspection and control
as well as quality veto system.
Scientific quality control plan has been set up to ensure the
quality of each step ranging from raw material procurement to
inventory of final products. Regarding the personnel violating
quality control provisions, severe penalty will be fined. However,
those who make outstanding contribution to quality management
will be highly awarded. Should raw material not meeting the requirement
of quality control, they will not be adopted in production.
With the introduction and full utilization of medium longitudinal
seam machine line, a complete operation manual regarding production
stability and quality consistence has been issued to operators
so as to standardize the operation process and improve efficiency.
This manual exhibits detailed description on material procurement,
material injection, parameter setting of each process and adjustment
of equipments. Apart from operation manual, technical reference
data, manual describing right and liability of each position are
also released to each worker. In order to help them familiar with
those files, specific training is conducted. Performance of workers
is closely related with their bonus.
A stable production environment and sound status of machine are
the basis for ensuring the quality of product. Since the operation
of medium longitudinal seam machine line, we focus our efforts
on the following aspects: fully understand and utilize the introduced
technologies; conduct regular examination and maintenance of equipments.
At present, we have updated many kinds of technologies and further
optimize the functionality of machines.
Advanced technologies and equipments only provide necessary conditions
for good quality. Reaching high quality needs to continuously
improve the skills of operators. Thus regular vocational trainings
are conducted so as to help workers master theory, skills and
setting of parameters. Those will in turn helps to improve the
production efficiency and quality of products.
Quality inspection is carried out onto the production process
according to the technical requirement.
Production process has been crucial to the quality of product,
but scientific quality inspection is also undeletable. Inspections
from three channels are proceeded, namely, self-inspection, inspection
from operation partners and inspection from customers. As customer
is the most important factor to our business, workers are required
to assume that their products will be directly delivered to customers,
and customers could complaint on products of defect. This kind
of assumption will help them strengthen their awareness of quality.
Production process is controlled conforming to the ISO 9000 quality
standard. Besides ,random sample inspection is carried out by
specific experts on the following processes: preparing raw material、welding
and formation、flattening test、hydraulic test. ultrasonic inspection、inspecting
final products. Those scientific and intensive quality control
systems will ensure high quality of products.
