1. Application
It mainly focuses on the implementation of measurement on customer’s satisfaction. Each member of Huaye should give top priority to meet the requirement of customers in order to improve the performance of company.

3. Definition of customer
Customer refers to organization or individuals who received our products including reseller and their representatives.

4. Responsibility
Marketing department is in charge of measuring customer’s satisfaction and implementing this regulation. Other departments are obligated to provide qualified products and service and improving service upon the request of customers.

5. Feedback of customers including internal or external ,oral or written information, could reach us by the following means:
——Complaint of customer
——Feedback during the cooperation progress
——Advice raised in the process of inspecting and delivering ,especially that of supervisor
——Feedback from field joint and pressure test including feedback from preservation plant and companies in charge of installation.
——Operation status
——Reports of medias
——Information of competitors including the comparison of product quality and after sales service.
